 South Lanarkshire Council provide free period products which can be easily accessed from local venues. 

The Old Schoolhouse is one of those venues.

Free products are available in the bathrooms and other products can be obtained from the staff at the reception desk.

• pads
• menstrual cups
• period pants
• re-usable pads

 In Scotland, vitamin D supplements are available free to all women in pregnancy, for:
- the one-year post-natal period
- the duration of breastfeeding
- children from birth to 3 years old

If babies are receiving more than 500ml of formula milk per day, then they do not require vitamins until they are receiving less than that amount.
