Our fixed weight stations are all dual purpose and enable you to work every major muscle group.

We have a range of free weights available for members to use in the form of Jordan Dumbbells
and an Olympic bar with a variety of plates.
Fitness classes are booked via our booking system.
This class is instructed by Yogannie and includes:breathwork,meditation,mindfulness & gentle movement.

BlackOut is a cardio class using a mix of
'non-contact' boxing combos and full body functional exercises to improve your fitness and tone your body.

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.

Training includes pad work, partner work and circuit training for an intense and rewarding workout.
